I have been to Beaconsfield once before, just over two years ago in fact. That time i visited the model village. Now this is in the "new" part of town which dates mostly from the early 20th century and later. So, today i visited the "old town", and very nice it is too with the usual timber framed buildings from the Tudor period and later. The church is rather special too with a grand tower.
