Review of 2018 : October

October was a month of new places but first of all the familiar, I went to the Severn Valley Railway again to attend the Class 50 gala. Next was a trip to Rickmansworth including the Grand Union Canal.

Highlight of the month was no doubt my first ever trip to Manchester, and what a great city it is too. I visited the science museum, walked the Rochdale Canal, the Bridgewater Canal and also plenty of local rail and trams too. Finally a return to the familiar, Derby station which I hadn't been to for a few months.

Song of the month was "golden age" by Let Em Riot.
