BGLR : Growler heads off

After Bear's successful return from the reserve pool Growler has gone off to have a rest. Jam thus becomes the BGLR flagship loco at least until the planned return of Falcon in February. In the longer term we are looking at a possible main board extension which would allow for extra siding space in the back scene and hopefully allow all of the fleet to be available at any one time. That is something for 2020 though...
